Your business should develop and post in a visible location all forklift safety procedures.

Staff should have a positive attitude when they go through training, instead of doing it just because they are required to. You as the employer should help workers understand the significance of correct training. Let them know that they can injure or kill not just themselves, but other people, if they make mistakes. It is up to you to make certain that all your workers undertake training seriously.
