Established during the year 1920, FM GRU Tower Cranes started as a family company in the Northern Italy's largest industrial place. During the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into a manufacturing and industrial economy, the company was working in welded construction industries and the metal structural sector. FMgru was involved in building bridges for roads, pylons to convey electricity, a wide array of forklifts, presses, prefabrication molds and farming machines.
In the year 1963, the business began crane production. The company eventually invested all of their human resources and financial resources in this activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest specialization level in the area of lifting.
